Effective Hair Follical Simulation

Scalp Tricopigmentation is a form of scalp hair follicle simulation. The treatment is carried out by implanting small microdots of pigment in to the upper section of the dermis, creating the appearance of realistic looking hair follicles.
The treatment can be used for scar coverage, densification of thinning hair, densification after a hair transplant, or to give a great effect hair line with a shaved cut.

The results speak for themselves and can restore the confidence that is sometimes lost when people begin to lose their hair.

Benefits of Semi Permanent Hair Loss Treatment

There are several options on the market in terms of the type of treatment. Scalp Solutions offer both a totally semi-permanent treatment that lasts and looks great for around 2 years. Permanent lasts for around 4 years but will never disappear. The treatments can be topped up after 6 to 12 months (at a reduced cost) to give a fresh look, or alternatively it can be left to fade away. If left, Trico will completely disappear from the scalp, showing no trace of the treatment ever having been applied.

This is a safe alternative to a scalp tattoo, as over time, our facial features change due to the loss of muscle mass, which affects the hairline. Also, unlike some treatments that can go a bluey or greeny colour, with our procedure there will be no discolouration: it will just fade and disappear over time.

Scalp Consultation. Face to face or online.

We will initially spend time with you at a consultation to understand your requirements and what you hope to get from the treatment. Once we are both fully agreed on the best way forward we can make your appointments and get the ball rolling.

The treatment itself is done over 3 individual sessions. Day 1 is when we will design your hairline and ensure you are fully happy with the process. We will then begin the first session. You will not see much after this session as the pigment develops over time.

Day 2 is another session to enhance the base layer that you received on day 1. We can also ensure that we are again happy with your choice.

30 days later we will get together again to put the finishing touches to the process. By this time the treatment will be in great condition showing a great hair follicle effect.

Scalp – Aftercare

Throughout your treatment and beyond we will be available to discuss any aspect of the treatment. You will be given a guide on how to look after your new scalp. This will take you through how to ensure you get maximum longevity from the treatment.
